Sherry joined NYU as a PhD student in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering in 2025. She earned her M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University in 2019, where she developed polymer micelles for cas9 protein delivery, and her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University in 2018. Before beginning her doctoral studies, Sherry worked at Pfizer as a Senior Associate Scientist, leading the development and validation of immunoassays supporting multiple vaccine programs. Her research combines molecular engineering, biophysical characterization, and assay development.
